Job Summary
This role involves providing specialized 2nd Level support, administration, and maintenance for complex Windows and/or Linux server environments and associated IT infrastructure. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within network and server systems, collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams to handle escalations and implement new technologies. Key duties include optimizing system performance using monitoring tools, implementing security policies (including EDR and firewall management), and contributing to documentation and IT process optimization. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge in server technologies, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), and collaboration solutions (Office365, MS Teams).
