You will be responsible for performing hardware exchanges and setups, ensuring clear and precise documentation of all work steps for team continuity. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist) or relevant experience in IT support, practical knowledge of hardware, and proficiency with current Windows operating systems. The position requires strong communication skills in both German and English, a confident demeanor in customer interactions, and a commitment to tackling complex tasks.
