Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive financial accounting duties, focusing heavily on Accounts Payable (AP) and supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) functions within a dynamic, international design company. Key daily tasks include reviewing and processing supplier invoices, managing digital document approval workflows, preparing and monitoring payment runs to optimize liquidity, and handling all bank transactions using Datev. The successful candidate will also be the main point of contact for supplier inquiries, manage vendor master data, and assist with monthly and annual closing procedures. A critical component of the role is actively participating in the continuous improvement and automation of accounting processes and tools. Candidates must possess a commercial qualification or tax specialist training, several years of professional experience in financial accounting, and fluency in German with good English skills.
