Job Summary
This Senior Automation Engineer role focuses on developing and continuously optimizing PLC software for standard products and specialized solutions within manufacturing automation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in making industrial processes safer, more efficient, and sustainable globally. Key responsibilities include active team collaboration for ongoing software refinement, maintenance, designing and implementing new standards, and developing interfaces for various system connections. Candidates should bring several years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, coupled with solid development expertise using Siemens TIA Portal or Beckhoff TwinCat 3. Knowledge of network technology and ideally MQTT is highly beneficial.
