Job Summary

This role seeks a meticulous and experienced Technical Assistant to join a leading pharmaceutical research company in Biberach. The core responsibilities involve the GMP-compliant planning, execution, and detailed evaluation of complex analytical and microbiological methods, strictly adhering to pharmacopoeia specifications. You will be instrumental in supporting operations through analytical troubleshooting, diagnosing methods, and generating comprehensive technical reports. A key component of the job is the independent management, qualification, and maintenance of specialized laboratory equipment, ensuring all procedures meet stringent GMP guidelines. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Chemistry or Biology Laboratory Assistant, Pharmaceutical Technician, or equivalent (CTA, BTA, PTA) coupled with extensive professional experience, particularly within a microbiological and GMP-regulated setting. Proficiency with analytical devices, such as the GrowthDirect System (GDS), and strong MS Office skills are required.
