This role seeks a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to drive digital transformation through innovative software engineering and IT consulting projects for high-profile clients like AXA, BMW, and Die Bahn. The core responsibilities involve conceptualizing, developing, and implementing scalable software solutions by integrating cutting-edge AI methods and tools throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This includes leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation to solve complex requirements. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science and possesses significant professional experience in software development, specifically applying AI within the engineering context (e.g., using tools like GitHub Copilot). Success requires strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
