Job Summary

This role involves working on consulting and software development projects for major clients, focusing on leveraging Artificial Intelligence for operational excellence. The AIOps Engineer will be responsible for developing autonomous AI agents and managing production-ready Large Language Model (LLM) Operations pipelines, including prompt logic, tool utilization, memory bank concepts, and logging. Key activities include designing and implementing multi-agent systems and complex tool-chaining flows, and seamlessly integrating LLM applications into existing systems or APIs. A core focus will be optimizing solution performance regarding latency, cost, and user experience, while evaluating new use cases in Agentic AI. Candidates must possess a university degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline, relevant software development experience (especially Python), and deep knowledge of LLMs and RAG pipelines.
