Job Summary

This role involves supporting the District Government of Münster in the crucial area of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) financing, focusing on the technical review of construction-related funding applications. The successful candidate will join Department 35, which handles various aspects of construction, urban development, and architectural preservation. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical construction advice to applicants during the application and approval process, meticulously reviewing funding applications and statements of expenditure, and contributing to project management and controlling. This position requires strong foundational knowledge in construction law, public procurement, and contract law, along with practical experience in planning, tendering, execution, and billing of building projects (Hochbaumaßnahmen).
