Job Summary
This role involves managing the critical process of grid connection for large-scale renewable energy projects, specifically Solar (PV), Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The specialist will be responsible for applying for and realizing grid connections, overseeing projects from the Final Investment Decision (FID) through tendering, planning, procurement, construction, and commercial commissioning, culminating in handover to Asset Management. Key activities include coordinating certification processes, communicating fluently with grid operators and authorities, and collaborating closely with external service providers. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and several years of relevant professional experience, coupled with deep knowledge of grid connection guidelines and commissioning processes. - Experience collaborating with grid operators
- Professional experience in project phases from FID through commissioning and handover
