The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical contact for clients and contractors, taking ownership of project success from start to finish. Key responsibilities include leading and directing site personnel, managing the logistics and disposition of necessary equipment and materials, and coordinating subcontractors effectively. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess relevant professional experience in a comparable management position.
