Job Summary

This role involves driving the full lifecycle development of high-precision optical distance sensor systems, which are indispensable for global Industry 4.0 applications. The Embedded Developer will specialize in hardware-near software development using C/C++, guiding projects from the concept phase through to series integration. Key responsibilities include implementing the complete sensor functionality, from processing raw signals to connecting interfaces, and developing high-performance, real-time algorithms for signal processing, control, and data acquisition on microcontrollers. A crucial part of the role involves validating these algorithms through simulations and real-world data analysis, and collaborating closely with optics, electronics, and mechanics teams on system architecture and interface design. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with profound experience in embedded C/C++ and deep knowledge of microcontroller architectures.
