Job Summary

This role is for a System Engineer focused on the technical evaluation and system integration of communication and antenna systems, primarily within the marine or shipyard sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications from suppliers, defining antenna and component layouts, conducting EMC and system compatibility analyses, and managing technical interfaces with adjacent disciplines. The engineer will also be responsible for creating technical tender specifications, test procedures, and project management plans, as well as supporting supplier audits, factory acceptance tests, and on-board commissioning and acceptance tests (harbor and sea trials). Key requirements include a technical degree in communications, high-frequency, or electrical engineering, coupled with professional experience in system design and project work.
