Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Onsite Support Specialist responsible for providing direct, hands-on technical assistance to employees regarding IT disruptions and technical issues. Key daily tasks include the setup, maintenance, and replacement of workplace hardware such as PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers, alongside the installation and configuration of software and operating systems. The specialist will also manage conference room technology, perform minor network and cabling tasks, and meticulously document all incidents and solutions within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common hardware. A service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with users and collaborating closely with the central IT team.
