Job Summary
This role involves providing essential, in-person IT support to employees, ensuring smooth daily operations within the company's technical infrastructure. The specialist will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and replacement of end-user devices, including PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers. Key duties also include configuring software and operating systems, managing technical equipment in meeting rooms (such as presentation setups), and performing basic network and cabling tasks. A crucial part of the job is incident management, involving the logging and tracking of IT issues via a ticketing system, and coordinating closely with the central IT team. Candidates should possess a completed IT apprenticeship or substantial practical experience, strong familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, and foundational knowledge of network infrastructures (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS).
