Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive first and second-level IT support, focusing on connecting people and technology for a leading engineering and technology solutions provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical inquiries related to hardware and software, setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices, and configuring operating systems and software solutions. A core function is analyzing and resolving technical disruptions, meticulously tracking and following up on support requests using a ticketing system, and coordinating with external partners and internal IT departments. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, and a basic understanding of network technologies like LAN, WLAN, and VPN.
