Job Summary

This role as an Application and Support Specialist is central to providing technical consulting and robust problem resolution for national and international customers. Day-to-day tasks involve system commissioning of critical components like controllers and SCADA systems, conducting remote maintenance, and performing on-site troubleshooting. A core responsibility is conducting detailed fault analyses and translating customer experiences into actionable feedback for product management to optimize the portfolio. You will also strengthen market success by delivering technical training to customers and sales partners. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification or degree in Electrical, Automation, or Communications Engineering and demonstrates high learning agility regarding voltage regulation and remote control technology. This position offers an opportunity to actively shape product success in an agile environment, utilize strong communication skills, and requires fluency in German and good English skills, alongside a willingness for moderate international travel.
