Job Summary

This critical role requires an Electrical Engineering Specialist to manage the commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modification of complex electrical systems, primarily focusing on low- and medium-voltage infrastructure up to 10 kV. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on assembly and maintenance within cable and overhead line networks, rapid troubleshooting and fault resolution across power distribution and street lighting grids, and conducting specialized cable fault diagnosis and location. Furthermore, the specialist will operate and monitor emergency power generation systems. The ideal candidate must hold a completed apprenticeship as an Electrician or Electronics Technician, supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering. Success in this position requires deep knowledge of relevant technical regulations, a Class B driving license, fluent German skills, and a willingness to participate in on-call duty.
