This role involves supporting the regiovhs in IT and organizational tasks, focusing on data management, process support, and user assistance within their administration program. The specialist will also coordinate and maintain the regiovhs website, acting as a key contact for website contractors. A crucial part of the job includes procuring and supporting presentation technology and training software, while serving as the primary interface between the IT department and regiovhs for technical and professional matters. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration or IT system management, coupled with a service-oriented approach and a passion for IT, contributing to an innovative and supportive work environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Specialist, or IT System Management Assistant. Alternatively, completed vocational training as an Office Communication or Office Management Assistant with additional training or proven affinity for IT.
