Job Summary
This role involves actively shaping and advancing the organization's IT Service Management framework. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing ITSM processes based on ITIL standards, working closely with operational IT teams to standardize workflows and expand service offerings. A key focus is maintaining target-group-oriented communication with specialist departments and stakeholders, managing process and service descriptions, and supporting the digitalization and automation of service processes. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, coupled with practical ITIL experience and knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process/service design. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification. OCEB certification is advantageous.
