Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to connect people and technology by providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and resolving IT issues for various departments via telephone and remote desktop solutions, ensuring smooth daily operations. A core function involves 1st level support, handling inquiries, and performing efficient ticket dispatching to the appropriate IT teams. Furthermore, the specialist will independently resolve complex issues as part of 2nd level support, contributing to sustainable problem elimination. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or degree, at least two years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology (VoIP), and Windows operating systems. This position offers a chance to grow within a challenging environment focused on integrating and optimizing IT systems for diverse clients.
