Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Embedded Hardware Developer focused on designing and qualifying electronic assemblies, particularly for controlling small drives and actuators in automotive applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include circuit development, PCB layout design, and component selection, ensuring compliance with automotive serial product requirements. The developer will conduct rigorous testing for fault detection and qualification according to established standards, and evaluate concepts based on functionality, durability, manufacturability, and cost. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, multi-year experience in circuit development and testing, proficiency with ECAD applications, and practical experience with automotive development processes for serial components.
