Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, providing 1st-level support via phone, email, ticketing system, and on-site. Your daily tasks will involve independently managing incidents and changes related to workplace IT, including the provision and installation of PCs, hardware, and software. You will also be responsible for administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365, managing user permissions, and maintaining the CMDB with meticulous documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a successful, medium-sized industrial company, contributing to a secure and well-supported IT environment, with occasional travel to Basel. The position is ideal for a service-oriented professional with strong Microsoft knowledge and a proactive approach.
