Job Summary
This role involves managing critical Quality Assurance processes within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing heavily on Change Control and Non-Conformity procedures. The Junior QA Manager will independently organize, execute, and monitor the Change Control process, ensuring compliance with cGMP and ISO requirements. Key responsibilities include processing Change Controls and Non-Conformities using the JIRA system, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with R&D and subsidiaries, and participating in and documenting the Change Control Board and Deviation/Material Review Boards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a natural science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) and possesses a basic understanding of pharmaceutical analytics and industry experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good written and spoken English are essential for success in this challenging and growth-oriented position.

Completed university degree in Natural Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or comparable qualification
Experience
