This role offers the opportunity to provide second-level support for the strategic Transport Management System 'Carlo' and other transport systems across Europe. You will analyze technical and functional requirements, develop solutions with IT and transport teams, and configure the TMS to meet specific needs. The position involves creating reports using TMS data, developing and maintaining interfaces with external systems, and training first-level support colleagues. Ideal candidates will have a background in IT or a technical field, experience in 3PL/4PL logistics or with Transport Management Systems, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
