Key responsibilities include leading projects, workshops, and working groups, often involving top management. A critical component of the job is the development and coordination of KPIs and reports for process control, alongside the independent creation of decision documents, IT, and functional concepts for billing and reporting systems. Candidates should possess a background in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration, coupled with strong process and project management skills, experience in energy sector processes (especially billing and supplier changes), and an affinity for digitalization and automation.
