Job Summary
This role involves leading the program, conceptualization, and implementation of Register Modernization initiatives within the context of SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) execution and coordination for the state of Thuringia. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the cross-cutting conceptualization and further development of administrative portals, the 115 government number, and OZG (Online Access Act) implementation projects. Key responsibilities include budget preparation for EP 16, planning communication strategies to support various departments and municipalities regarding budget provisions, creating economic efficiency analyses, and managing procurement matters. The position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field (economic, legal, administrative, or IT), proven knowledge in process and project management, and several years of professional experience, ideally within public administration. Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, are essential for success in this demanding public service role.
