Job Summary

This role is for an Accounting Specialist who will play a crucial part in the external accounting department, focusing heavily on financial closing processes. Key responsibilities include assisting with monthly closing procedures and independently preparing annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). The specialist will also support the preparation and plausibility checks of foreign financial statements. A significant aspect of the job involves creating independent analyses and evaluations within external accounting and contributing to the digitalization of accounting processes. Candidates must possess a background as a tax specialist or equivalent, deep knowledge of current tax and commercial law, and strong proficiency in Excel, ideally with experience in Lucanet and SAP S4-HANA.
