Job Summary

This role involves acting as both a consultant and developer for the Document Management System (DMS) within the Internal Service and Digitalization department of the Emsland district. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the DMS, which involves consulting on existing solutions and new digital filing systems, evaluating, and developing workflows, and creating new interfaces. The consultant/developer will also be responsible for developing customized individual solutions and participating in broader IT infrastructure projects. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development, coupled with strong communication, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
