This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator or Technician to join the team at Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH, supporting all aspects of chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the setup, operation, and monitoring of packaging lines, including the aggregation and packing of medications. A critical component of the role is performing in-process controls (IPC), quality checks, and maintaining accurate documentation related to production processes. This position is highly attractive due to the immediate, permanent employment contract and competitive compensation, starting at €16.29 per hour with potential raises up to €24.27 through industry bonuses. Candidates must be willing to work a rotating 3-shift schedule (early, late, night shifts).
