This crucial role involves leading a small team (2-5 testers) in conducting mandatory electrical safety inspections (Elektro-Checks) on portable equipment directly at client sites, primarily based out of Schwäbisch Hall. The Team Leader ensures the electrical safety and quality of the testing process, acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding procedural questions and coordination. Daily tasks include performing detailed electrical inspections (e.g., measuring insulation values and protective conductor resistance), digitally documenting faults and deficiencies using specialized diagnosis software and smartphones, and generating official measurement protocols and error reports for automated client delivery. The position requires a successfully completed electrotechnical qualification, meticulous work ethic, strong customer communication skills, and the desire to coordinate field teams.
