Job Summary
This role seeks a highly motivated Certified Technician or Master Craftsman to manage complex building maintenance, repair, and renovation projects for the Landratsamt Weilheim-Schongau county properties. Day-to-day responsibilities involve end-to-end project management, including planning, cost estimation, tendering, acting as the client representative, billing, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence for high-rise buildings, technical building equipment (TGA), and exterior facilities. A key function is coordinating legally required inspections and maintenance for TGA systems. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration, practical professional experience, and knowledge of public procurement law (VOB/VOL). This position offers a responsible and varied role within a supportive team environment, featuring flexible working models (including mobile work), 30 days of annual leave, and competitive public sector compensation (TVöD EGr. 9b).
Required Skills
Education
State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or High-rise Construction
Experience
- Professional experience in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, HVAC, or High-rise Construction (preferred)
- Experience as a client representative, contractor, planning consultant, FM service provider, or public sector employee (desirable)
- Basic knowledge in planning, tendering, and realization/monitoring of TGA, ELT, HLS, or high-rise construction services
