Job Summary

This role involves working as a Process Engineer within a company specializing in the worldwide development, manufacturing, and distribution of lasers and laser systems for microscopy, analysis, and measurement technology. The successful candidate will primarily focus on monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes, ensuring high quality and reliability standards are met for global customers. Day-to-day tasks include root cause analysis for production deviations, transitioning new products and equipment into production, developing work instructions and training manufacturing staff, and designing concepts for fixtures and testing equipment in collaboration with the design team.
