Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of financial accountants, providing both technical guidance and disciplinary management. Key responsibilities include overseeing the financial accounting for independent commercial companies, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete recording of all business transactions. A core focus is the preparation and supervision of monthly and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate will have completed training as a tax specialist and possess at least five years of professional experience in financial accounting, coupled with extensive knowledge of SAP R/3 and German tax law (UStG). Strong leadership skills, high social competence, and the ability to quickly integrate into complex subject areas are essential. This position requires a structured, target-oriented approach and involves continuous communication with management, auditors, and tax consultants, making it a pivotal role in financial compliance and reporting.
