Job Summary

This role involves working as a dedicated PLC Specialist within the food manufacturing sector, focusing on the development, programming, and commissioning of control systems for production facilities. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing and maintaining control software to boost efficiency and system availability, integrating new functionalities, and managing visualization and motion-control applications, specifically utilizing tools like Siemens TIA Startdrive. A core responsibility is providing essential support for fault analysis and troubleshooting during live production operations. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and demonstrate profound practical experience with machinery and systems. Expertise in measurement and control technology, coupled with secure handling of Siemens PLC platforms (S7 Classic, TIA Portal) and WinCC, is mandatory.
