Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global top-tier pharmaceutical company in Biberach, focusing on improving human life through new medication development. The successful candidate will primarily function as a Compliance Specialist, coordinating cross-departmental Change Controls and Material Qualifications, specifically for packaging materials and disposables. Key responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, managing communication during audits, inspections, and supplier inquiries in both German and English, and coordinating the creation and processing of cross-functional regulations, CAPAs, and deviations. This position requires a strong background in natural sciences, excellent GMP knowledge, and organizational skills, offering a secure, long-term contract with high chances of permanent takeover and a hybrid work model (2-3 days remote after training).

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Technology, or Master's degree in related fields, or relevant vocational training

Experience

  • Initial professional experience (for Bachelor's degree holders) in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical technology
  • Long-term professional experience in the manufacture of sterile medicinal products (for vocational training holders)
  • Experience in handling and coordinating Change Controls
  • Professional experience in a highly regulated environment (implied by GMP/Compliance focus)
