Job Summary

This role as a Laboratory and Production Technician offers an exciting opportunity to join FBGS, a growing international provider of advanced fiber optic sensor solutions based on Fiber Bragg Gratings (FBGs). The core mission involves measuring parameters previously deemed unmeasurable, supporting applications across research and industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on involvement in fiberglass production, specifically fiber processing, assembly, and quality measurement. A key task is the operation of sophisticated laser systems for FBG inscription. The role requires working within a cleanroom environment, performing detailed optical fiber measurements, processing customer orders according to specifications, and maintaining meticulous documentation of all processes and results. Candidates should possess completed technical vocational training (such as Mechatronics or Physics Laboratory Assistant), a basic grasp of measurement and production technologies, and strong manual dexterity.
