Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the secure and innovative technical and digital future of the Buxtehude city administration. As an IT Specialist in System Integration, you will be the primary point of contact for user support, handling incident reports, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and documenting solutions. Key responsibilities include managing network access (user, rights, device, and VPN administration), installing and maintaining workplace hardware, and ensuring the technical operation of specialized software. You will also manage telecommunication systems, mobile devices, and the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, including contract management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or Application Development, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant field (preferably)
- Advanced knowledge in supporting Windows systems, MS Office, and Mobile Computing
- Basic knowledge in network technology
- Good knowledge in operating telecommunication systems
