Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Technician specializing in the repair and maintenance of industrial computer systems for a leading manufacturer in the Munich area. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing defective devices and components, troubleshooting technical errors efficiently, and managing administrative tasks such as digital documentation and inventory control. The technician will also be responsible for installing operating systems and software images, communicating directly with customers to address inquiries, and coordinating and executing on-site service calls. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education or equivalent professional experience in system repair, strong technical aptitude, proficiency in inventory management systems, and excellent customer service skills.
