Job Summary

This role as a Rollout Technician involves the comprehensive planning and execution of hardware and software rollouts for an IT industry client. Key daily tasks include installing and configuring new systems and applications, coordinating projects with internal IT teams, conducting rigorous system testing to ensure proper functionality, and providing essential training and support to end-users adopting new technologies. Furthermore, the role requires meticulous documentation of all installation processes and problem resolutions. Candidates should ideally possess completed vocational training in IT (such as IT Specialist for System Integration) and must demonstrate strong technical skills in operating systems like Windows and macOS, proficiency with installation tools such as SCCM, and hands-on experience with hardware configuration and remote maintenance tools like TeamViewer.
