Job Summary
This Account Manager role, based remotely with accounts in Berlin, focuses on driving sales growth for life sciences research consumables and instruments within the academic market. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and representing a broad portfolio covering molecular, protein, and cell biology products. Day-to-day activities include maintaining relationships with procurement teams and scientists, strategically developing key accounts through planning, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure excellent customer experiences. Key requirements include a degree in a life science field (M.A./M.Sc. preferred), professional sales experience in the Life Sciences market, strong business planning and time management skills, and fluency in both English and German. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to scientific breakthroughs by providing cutting-edge solutions for genomics, proteomics, and drug discovery.
