Job Summary

This role involves serving as a central point of contact for specialized municipal IT applications, such as those used in registration, trade licensing, driver's licensing, and vehicle registration. The Application Administrator will work closely with software manufacturers, system partners, and end-users, managing applications from requirements definition through stable operation. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice to municipal clients, administering systems (configuration, interfaces, rights management), and delivering 1st and 2nd-level support, including error analysis and quality assurance according to SLAs. The ideal candidate holds an IT degree or equivalent IT training combined with professional experience, possesses a basic technical understanding of server operating systems and databases, and demonstrates strong communication skills and initiative. This is a full-time, permanent position offering public sector compensation and flexible working models.
