Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and design-in assistance for Wöhner's energy distribution, control technology, and renewable energy products. The specialist will handle all national and international support inquiries, ensuring alignment with Wöhner's system philosophy. A key part of the role is training and educating Wöhner employees, sales representatives, distributors, and customers based on global training concepts. The position also requires expert technical consultation for customers, assisting with planning and design-in processes, and developing customer-specific plans, bills of materials, and alternative solutions. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing the international application database, contributing to customer satisfaction through proactive, solution-oriented work.
