Job Summary

This role involves deep analysis and assessment of complex IT infrastructure problems to identify solutions and implement operational optimization measures. The IT Service Manager is also responsible for recognizing technical improvement potential and new market opportunities. Key daily tasks include managing, reviewing, and optimizing organizational and technical workflows, alongside taking responsibility for project planning and organization. A critical component of the role is the coordination and tracking of service tickets, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timely deployment of service assignments. Candidates should possess a successfully completed university degree or equivalent training, coupled with several years of experience in IT Support or IT Service Management, and a strong technical understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, virtualization, server, storage, backup, and network topologies.
