Job Summary

This role is ideal for a process-oriented professional seeking to advance electronics manufacturing, focusing on optimizing production processes for electronic assemblies. Key responsibilities include defining optimal production processes, guiding products from the prototype phase through to series transfer, and analyzing serial production processes to derive quality and quantity improvements. The engineer will also introduce new manufacturing methods and technologies, actively participating in the selection of new equipment and machinery. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of assembly manufacturing (SMT and THT), a completed technical qualification (Technician, Master Craftsman, or Engineer), and a high level of innovation interest, quality, and cost awareness. This full-time, permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute expert knowledge in Design to Manufacture, supporting both work preparation and hardware development teams.
