Job Summary
This role involves leading successful product development projects focused on shaping the future product portfolio for signaling technology within the rail industry. The Development Project Manager will be involved in diverse products such as signaling devices, interlocking systems, and train control technology. Key responsibilities include internal coordination of all activities within assigned product development projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines, and guaranteeing compliance with development processes, safety requirements (specifically for SIL 2-4 products), and documentation obligations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or Traffic Engineering, possesses deep experience with CENELEC development projects, and exhibits strong project management skills. Success in this position requires excellent communication abilities and proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
