Job Summary

This role involves working as a Civil Engineer within the regional business division of the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport in Lingen, focusing on developing and shaping regional infrastructure in the Emsland area. Depending on the assigned department (Planning & Design, Road Construction, or Operations & Traffic), the engineer will handle tasks such as planning and designing road construction projects, managing tendering processes, overseeing construction contracts, conducting environmental studies (emissions/immisions), and coordinating with public stakeholders and external engineering firms. Education
