Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for electronic and mechanical components within an established industrial electronics company near Bremen. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting detailed quality inspections of electronic flat assemblies, circuit boards, and cable assemblies, using applied IPC guidelines for assessment. Key day-to-day tasks include managing customer complaints (claims processing), monitoring ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety, and overseeing testing equipment. The successful candidate should possess a relevant technical education, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
