This role involves critical administrative support for the Information Technology Services department, focusing primarily on managing IT resources for 90 schools within the Offenbach district. The specialist will be responsible for budget estimation, planning, and monitoring, as well as procurement and contract management for IT hardware (workstations, copiers, printers, scanners) and related services, including managing the rollout process. Key duties also include acting as the primary contact for schools regarding service requests and disruptions, handling invoicing for services like telephone and internet connections, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations in school administration. The ideal candidate will have a background in public administration or commercial office management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage stress effectively, contributing to a secure and valued workplace environment.

Experience
