The specialist will actively support end-users regarding central IT services, workstation systems (Windows, macOS), software, and mobile devices. Candidates must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration and demonstrate strong technical knowledge in workstation hardware, operating systems, and basic applications.
