Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Process Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering within an international high-tech industrial group focused on complex microelectronics and electronic services. You will independently manage and optimize existing technology processes while developing and implementing new ones, ensuring comprehensive process documentation is maintained. A core responsibility is the technical implementation of customer-specific microelectronics products, guiding them through to serial production. This includes the conception, procurement, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and facilities. You will also actively contribute to innovative concepts in collaboration with customers and international sites, and provide technical consulting to the sales department during the inquiry phase. The position requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, practical experience in product and process development, and a strong foundational understanding of electronic assembly technology. This is a full-time, unlimited contract offering flexible working hours and significant responsibility.
